Sin City CPR LLC ("Sin City CPR," "we," "us") provides American Heart Association CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS and Heartsaver training in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains what information we collect through sincitycpr.org and our online booking system, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, and the subject and message you send us.

  • Class bookings: your name, email address, phone number, the course you choose, and any answers you give on the booking form. Payments are processed by Square; we do not see or store your full card number.

  • Course records: your name and course completion details, which we need to issue your American Heart Association course completion card.

  • Website usage: like most websites, our site host automatically collects technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, using cookies.

2. How we use your information

  • To schedule and confirm your class and send reminders

  • To issue your AHA course completion card and keep training records

  • To answer your questions and requests

  • To send renewal reminders when your card is close to expiring

  • To keep our website working and understand how it is used

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

  • Squarespace (website hosting and contact form)

  • Acuity Scheduling (class booking) and Square (payment processing)

  • The American Heart Association (to issue your course completion card)

  • Google (business email and the map on our Contact page)

We may also share information if required by law.

4. We do not sell your information

Sin City CPR does not sell your personal information. If you would still like to submit a request under Nevada law (NRS 603A.345) asking us not to sell your information, email cindy@sincitycpr.org with the subject "Do Not Sell." We will respond within 60 days.

5. Your choices

You can ask to review, correct or update the information we hold about you by emailing cindy@sincitycpr.org. Some course records must be kept as required by the American Heart Association.

6. Cookies and tracking by others

Our website host, Squarespace, uses cookies to run the site and measure visits. Embedded content, such as the Google map on our Contact page and links to Instagram and Facebook, may let those companies collect information about your activity over time and across different websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. How we protect your information

We use reputable, secure service providers and limit access to your information to what is needed to run our classes.

8. Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13. Students under 18 who take a course, such as through a school program, are registered by or with a parent, guardian or school.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
