AHA BLS Certification and Renewal in Las Vegas
Get your American Heart Association BLS provider card at Sin City CPR, a minority- and woman-owned training center founded by registered nurse Cindy Kalani. Classes are held at 6600 W Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas and taught to the 2025 AHA Guidelines for CPR and ECC, with hands-on skills practice and testing.
Who BLS is for
BLS (Basic Life Support) is the CPR course for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to perform CPR and basic cardiovascular life support in hospitals, clinics and prehospital settings. That includes nurses, CNAs, medical assistants, techs, dental staff, EMTs and healthcare students. You will learn to recognize life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver ventilations and use an AED early.

BLS course options and prices
In-person classes
BLS Initial (in person) – $90. For first-time BLS students or anyone whose card has expired.
BLS Renewal (in person) – $75. For students who hold a current, valid AHA BLS card.
Blended classes (online + hands-on skills)
BLS Blended Initial – $95. Complete the AHA HeartCode BLS online portion, then a hands-on skills session with our instructor.
BLS Blended Renewal – $90. Online course about 2 hours, then a skills session about 1 hour.
HeartCode Skills Only – $65. Already finished AHA HeartCode BLS online? Book a skills check only.

Times are estimates. Students are encouraged to get the AHA 2025 BLS Provider Manual, available from the AHA's ShopCPR store, Amazon and other retailers.

BLS questions
How long is my BLS card valid? Two years. Your AHA BLS provider eCard is emailed to you after you complete the course.
Can my clinic or team train together? Yes. Group BLS classes for up to 10 students are available in our classroom or on site. See group and on-site training, or read our FAQs.
